How do I stay updated on new products and discounts?

What size should I order?
We provide a pop up size guide on each of our product pages. Please refer to this guide to choose your correct size.
Please note that our sweatshirts and t-shirts are a unisex fit.
Also, check out the sizing help information on the product page which will recommend sizing based upon your preferred fit!
How much does shipping cost?
US and UK Shipping Cost
💫 Delivery is FREE when you order 2 or more T-shirts!
Standard US shipping is charged at a flat rate of $4.95
Standard UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95
International Shipping
International shipping rates and times will vary dependent upon the destination country. You can view the shipping charges for your order after entering your address details and before proceeding to the payment page. If a shipping price is not listed for your location please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
US and UK Standard shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days after the item is dispatched.
International shipping times are dependent upon your location, but are generally an additional:
Europe: 4-7 Business Days
International: 7-12 Business Days
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Any products that are made to to order for you such as personalised or customised items cannot be returned.
We have a 30 day return policy for all non-customised items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@stripeypeach.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not pay the cost of return postage, you are responsible of paying for the item to be returned to us.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
My item was damaged - what do I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive the item damaged or defective, please drop us a message at support@stripeypeach.com so we can get this resolved asap.
Will I be liable for Customs charges?
Orders from US and UK customers will NOT incur any customs charges.
We do not pay customs charges for orders to any other countries, and any fees that may be due you are liable for.
Please contact us to check if customs fees will be payable for your country.
