What size should I order?
We provide a pop up size guide on each of our product pages. Please refer to this guide to choose your correct size.
Please note that our sweatshirts and t-shirts are a unisex fit, so we suggest sizing down by one size for you normal standard fit.
Also, check out the sizing help information on the product page which will recommend sizing based upon your preferred fit!
How much does shipping cost?
UK postage costs £3.95 per order, or is FREE on orders over £60!
International shipping costs will vary dependent upon your location. Shipping costs will be provided after you provide your address details on checkout.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
UK Standard shipping takes an additional 2-3 business days after the item is dispatched.
International shipping times are dependent upon your location, but are generally an additional:
Europe: 3-5 Business Days
International: 5-7 Business Days
What is Priority dispatch?
If you need your order in a rush, choose priority dispatch - this will put your order 'front of queue' for processing. Select priority dispatch at checkout and we will ship your order within 48 hours.
Please note, shipping time will take an additional 2-3 days.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
The carrier used will depend upon your location, so will vary.
UK orders will be shipped with Evri or Royal Mail.
European and International orders are shipped with a tracked service, through various carriers.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Any products that are made to to order for you such as personalised or customised items cannot be returned.
We have a 28 day return policy for all non-customised items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@stripeypeach.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not pay the cost of return postage, you are responsible of paying for the item to be returned to us.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
